Shipping policy

Orders within India – Delivery within 3 to 4 days. Please note: our office is closed over the weekend, so orders placed at this time will be dispatched the next working day.

International: 4 to 7 business working days. We ship by UPS Couriers.

To check on the status of your order, please contact info@vegavaan.com quoting your order name and order number.

Signed For: Please note, for ‘signed for’ deliveries, someone must be present at your chosen shipping address to receive the parcel. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier will leave a calling card, and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

International Duties and Taxes Terms: We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, missing or delayed parcels enroute. We use international courier UPS Couriers as our chosen courier, and, although 99% of overseas packages arrive on time in perfect condition, once UPS Courier handover parcels to the courier in recipients’ countries, we no longer have control, or responsibility, over that parcel’s delivery. Customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes when sending overseas.

PO Box Delivers: We cannot be held responsible for deliveries whereby a PO Box, or forwarding address, is supplied by a customer with their order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses input by customers. We are responsible for delivering your package to the correct building in the address given at checkout but are not responsible for the security of said package thereafter. Providing the item has been delivered to the correct GPS location of the building in the address, we have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package.
